Thanks for the suggestion everyone! Maybe i'm just being too picky, but I like all the suggestions except each one is missing a minor detail or two. I will keep on looking but I appreciate the selections you guys chose out.

I invented the word “picky”, or so my husband says. All for it…until I find something that might do (because I will never find the perfect one) and the price is great. On sale $999.00 !!!

Or, how bout looking at an actual MCM vintage sofa and have the cushions reupholstered? I'd much rather have something from the 50's than the stuff they put out now.

Look at Precedent Furniture, a division of Sherrill. www.precedent-furniture.com. They have a couple that are similar but I think the closest is the 3258-S1 Vivian Sofa. Made in the US.
