The material this item is made out of is porous so if you live in an area that has freezing temperatures we do recommend bring the item indoors during those times. Also, year round exposure to the elements may cause fading. To help prevent this recommend spray the item with a clear spray that has UV protection, an easily found brand is Krylon.
