Recently moved into a new home in Charleston, SC and the previous owners let the yard go to ruin, resulting in a hodgepodge of Bermuda, Bahia, etc. however, one species (pictured above) is doing well in both sun and shade. As I look to replace my turf next spring I was wondering if I could get help in identifying the type since it seems prolific in the conditions of the soil.
