I do like violets and only have one as we are snowbirds, so every winter it goes to a neighbours to sit in her window and comes back even better. it has just finished flowering, so the main plant must still be very strong. will be away next week, but will let you know how it turns out.

On the left side there is a developed sucker, I would extract that big one and root it as Irina described. Be sure the sucker only has one crown.
