White spots on plumeria leaves

Hi everyone. I spent about 20 min googling images of "white spots plumeria leaves" and for some reason couldn't come up with this one... I'm guessing it's a mildew? I did a folliar spray with the below fungicide, does this seem appropriate? Or am I off completely? I think I have a basic nutrient issue as well (yellow leaves) that I was gonna try to work on with a folliar of Hawaiian bud and bloom... I suddenly have multiple plumeria, separated by quite a distance, with these spots...

Ok let's see how it works. The treatment used appears to be a systemic so give it some time to get through the plant system.

Most things can be treated with a combination of three things. Sun, Water and fertilizer. So in the meantime also consider increasing your watering (said without knowing your current climate so be careful) before you fertilize (also said without knowing your previous fertilizing). The idea is to get the plant healthier and this item of concern might go away on its own.
