Bathroom vanity exact measurements

Hi
I am interested in this vanity that says it is 48" wide. My space is exactly 48" wide. Is the vanity width measurement taken from the widest point - the outside edges of the legs on the vanity? Need to know this answer before I order.
Thanks!
Laura
