Are the Thai Purple Podded Yard Long Beans any more productive than the Chinese Red Noodle?

I usually plant the Chinese Red Noodle and Gita. The Red Noodle doesn't produce near as well as the Gita. I thought maybe the Purple Podded might do better here in Texas.
