Design Dilemma Fireplaces Living Room

Living room with multiple windows and doors--need layout help!

My living room is large but I am having trouble with the ideal layout given the number of entry/exits (3--one into dining room, one into foyer/entry, one to staircase upstairs), windows, and fireplace. Ideally, I'd like a furniture cluster around the fireplace, vs. the bay window, but that seems to block the entrances. Photos from the previous owner's LR is attached. (We do not have a piano.)

First the sofa is way too far away from the fireplace. And you may need some more furniture/seating. Pull the sofa closer to the fireplace and do you have a sofa table you can put behind it? The idea is to get a conversation area and not a seating arrangement where you would need to send texts to talk.

Do you have a photo with your furniture rather than the seller's furniture?

I neglected to mention that I will need all new furniture! Yay for that. I was thinking 2 small sofas facing each other, with their side to the fireplace.
