No matter what- the "California Oasis" gardens that once depended on cheap water is gone or going fast.

Summers will always be dry. So now its plant for that. I'm hoping to get my front yard down to one watering a week,while still looking good.

I tell you too. The drought is making the end of the potted plant collector hobby. What was fine then- hundreds of potted plants..is now gone. Garden magazines no longer feature them in California.

Actually,although the Earth may spiral into the bloated sun in 5 billion years,its only going to be 800 million years or less,some say 200 million, before the Earth is too hot for life from the gaining size sun. We might cut that to two century's...

I'm thinking that even if we get more rain, water prices won't be going down.
