I find it generally quite accurate. Upteen variables of course but +/- acouple of days.

Pretty good. Big Beef is not the fastest ripener though. I find that with many others the time from blush to ripe is shorter. Others is longer (seems to be a relation with how much they last, slow ripening = long shelf life).

I was floored lat year when growing Amy's Apricot cherries, and the full grown green fruit spent 3-4 weeks before even starting to turn color. Conditions were pretty "normal". Other cherries would have taken a week.
