My poor Satsuma- brown leaves

My little Satsuma is suddenly at the turning point of beginning to look sad.

I grow in an indoor green house with my citrus under LED lights. They get some sidelight from T5HO lights but the dark leaves are all over. (I live right on the ocean, and between 50-85mph wind, saltspray and little sun I have to grow indoors year round).

Some of the leaves get dark brown on the tips which spreads to whole leaf in 24h. Is this burn maybe, or over-fertilizing? Have 6 other citrus that are doing great under same conditions. Soil is kept moist consistently. I fertilize every 6 months with 1/2 Osmocote Plus and every other watering with Foliage Pro.

    For what it's worth, I've noticed I have to fertilize heavier outside than inside. While I'm not sure what the specific reasons are, I have a few possible hypotheses that might indicate the need to fertilize less:

    1) You don't have to worry about dilution of fertilizer from rainwater.
    2) Rainwater can also flush out your pots and dissolve salt buildup.
    3) Citrus under grow lights require less resources and effort to maintain chlorophyll integrity because of the lack of destructive (think ultraviolet) sunshine.
    4) Given the heat of your grow room, they'll transpire a lot. That means they'll want to suck up a lot of water (with dissolved nutrients).

    Given that 4 compounds 1 and 2, it might be worthwhile lowering the temperature of your grow room down some too... or just fertilizing less. These are just some ideas that I've thought about.
