Plants are living things - they show when they are happy - and your hostas are very happy, very healthy. A little crazy you say? Yes we are - hosta lovers are a strange breed indeed. ;-)

I got a delivery of hostas sometime sort of recently (can you tell my database is not up to date?). So I'm planting this Hosta Oshima Silk saying what the heck did I buy another green with white edged Hosta for?

Blue flowers? Yippee! I guess there was a reason. I'm going outside to see if it's blooming. I'll post a pic if it is.

So it does look blueish. The lighting's poor, I'll try again tomorrow.

Yup! Definitely a pale blue, a different tinge from all other hosta flowers that I have ever seen so far. Very pretty plant and flowerscapes, Kathy!

I bumped this up because my Oshima Silk finally blossomed.
