Def something n the cattleya tribe, but you knew that ;)

It is a an unknown hybrid orchid. If you google images you might find an exact match if it is a widely grown and sold mericlone (Copy).

Could have been bred in Queensland by Sam Scalia or Aranbeem orchids.

Could have beens are not much good once tags are lost.

Lovely orchid by the way and Unknown doesn't make any difference if you took it to an orchid meeting or show. The judges do not look at the labels, just the blooms.

Probably Rlc. which might be the genera in the ancestors in the Laeliinae Alliance.

Debarron, I actually thought this orchid was oncidum till, I found the flower buds 2 days ago. Then I googled further.

Anthurm2015, This orchid probably was bred in Queennsland, maybe by the people you say, I was so happy to see this the other day. Have been watching it for 2 days, since I noticed the buds. 1st time it has flowered.

Beautiful!!! White catts are my favorites, especially those with the half closed lip. I keep watching for the white catts. With shipping so costly I've had to discipline myself to wait for the shows. Our fall season doesn't start for us until October :(
