My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi everyone,

Hope you're all doing well and that your Hoyas are, too! I am seeing some major new growths on most of my plants. Been busy lately, so they've had time to grow without me paying too much attention to them (hoping for some flowers as well, but that's wishful thinking).

The Hoya bug bit me, and I've been looking for some cuttings. Hoping to acquire some in the near future. My wish list is small.

No new peduncles yet on any of my plants, but hoping to see some before autumn sets in and I have to haul in my plants for another winter. One of these days, I'll have a greenhouse. The gears in my brain have been turning on that, but that's a story for another time.

    Never rule out an indoor greenhouse. I have a small one in my basement with different plant lights. I keep it going year round. Michigan winters are long and this helps me keep my sanity. I loved watching the face on the furnace repair man when he walked into the back room of my basement. I think he was expecting something other than Hoyas and succulents. LOL!
