I suspect you don't want to clean them too soon unless it's wiping off a spill immediately. I would let the paint cure for longer. I don't know though--never had painted cabinets. Look for a powdered product called Dirtex. It was recommended to me by a painter years ago for walls. It's odorless, cheap and cleans well. It's also safe for wood. It's easier than many products because one doesn't need the extra step of rinsing it off.

I've uses Dirtex a lot! Once soaked an "antique" turkey roaster to remove old baked-on grease stains. Came out very well. Found it at hardware store.

I have wood painted cabinets and I just spray them with 409 or another all purpose cleaner and wipe them down with a wet sponge and then a wet cloth...in 27 years it hasn't hurt nor dulled the finish yet.

I just use diluted dish detergent on a soft sponge. Gets everything off so far.

I would give them more time to cure for sure. I'm not sure what kind of paint you have but my acrylic latex paint has a 30 day cure time on all my woodwork before using cleaning products.

On my painted cabinets, I tend to use a microfiber rag and a few drops of detergent in a small sink of warm water.
