Honestly, none of them. Here's why: one of the cardinal rules is that the scale and (ideally) type of the prints must be different. Mixing patterns with similar scale and theme is too much for the eye and looks chaotic. The scale of those prints is too similar to the scale of the paisley on the quilt, and the floral is too similar to the look of a paisley. For the best result I would choose either the light blue or the green from the quilt as the primary color of the chair fabric. Or you could use white with a little bit of yellow (no more than about 10-20 % of the fabric should be yellow). No yellow as the primary color because you already have a lot of it, and not red because there's so little of it in the quilt that it would not be evident that there's any relationship between the chair fabric and the quilt. Personally I'm loving the greens and I would pick that.

Once you choose the color, look for a fabric that has that as the dominant color but is much smaller in scale. It could be a thin stripe, or a polka dot or something but the scale of the primary pattern should be much smaller than the scale of the paisleys. Or you could go for a large scale stripe (white and whatever color you choose).

I would also suggest that the room could benefit from changing out the pillows as well. I understand what you're going for but it isn't quite right because the principles of mixing pattern aren't applied.

Here is a great example of really well done pattern mixing. Notice that the colors are consistent in the three pillows, there are not too many colors, and the patterns on the pillows are very different from each other. Also note that one has green as the background color and the other two have white. One is very small scale (dots), one is medium (botanical), and one is large (green stripes). Imagine how busy this would look if they were ALL botanicals, even if the scale was differing. Or if the dots were the same size as the floral groups on the botanical. Or if the stripe pillow had the colors reversed with white instead of green as the dominant color. It just wouldn't look as good.

Mixing patterns is fun and has great impact - I love it too! But it requires planning and analysis to yield the best result. We don't often think of design as an aesthetic AND analytical activity but it truly is.
