2 large cabinet doors or 4 small

I'm ordering new doors for my face frame cabinets and am going with 1/4" spacing between doors/ drawers etc. using Blum compact face frame 1 3/8+ overlay hinges. looking at my pantry doors I'm running into issues.
Option 1: four small doors (2 top 2 bottom)
The bottom right door will be only 1/4" from the new (future) counter and I'm afraid it will hit when opened 110 degrees. So I could make the spacing by counter bigger but then that makes my already narrow shaker doors even more narrow. About 11" by 40"tall.

Option 2: do two large doors opening to the left. They would then be about 22.5" by 40" tall.
There's 2.5" from frame to fridge (not sure if large doors would hit because the fridge sticks out so far past cupboards)

So basically both options have pros and cons and as much as I'd love to just get all new cabinets it's just not in the budget right now.
Any opinions on which you would choose and why as well as other options you can think of are greatly appreciated! Thanks
