floor design dilemma

Small bath off of bedroom. I had carpet pulled and put Sterling Oak vinyl plank floor. This floor connects to the bedroom which is carpeted. I want to pull that and continue the plank but the plank runs side to side and the plank in bedroom would look better long wise. how would it look to have plank two different lay outs?
