My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Good Morning, flexible porcelain is one of the latest innovations in the ceramic/porcelain industry. The manufacturers have combined elastic raw materials with the porcelain to achieve the flexibility they offer. The main benefit of this tile is that is will "self-level" to the floor. As well, you have the option to dry lay the tile without the use of mortar.

    Flaviker, however, does not recommend the dry laying technique for the 8"x48" tiles.
