Citrus whitefly/am I in trouble?

OK, I'll admit it! With the kids home for the summer and all the attending chaos, I've been ignoring my citrus! Today I walked over and realized that I needed to trim two branches on my Mexican sweet lime that were in my path, and I reached in with my clippers and a cloud of white flying insects flew up! The Meyer next to it had fewer, and the navel orange had only one or two.

Google know-it-alls tell me it must be citrus whitefly! I had some Bonide Neem oil and a brand new sprayer I've been meaning to try out, and it looks like we won't go over 78 today, so I decided to spray the lime before coming inside and asking for help!

Please tell me what to do!

KC
