Yes, you can use the Limestone cork wall tile as a bulletin board on a vertical surface. You will want to us "Fuze It" adhesive which is made by a company called Liquid Nails. The product is available at any Home Depot or Lowe's in your area. The spread rate is 1 - 9 oz caulking tube of Fuze It per pack of 11 tiles. Yes, the cork is thick enough for most push pins to go all the way through the cork.
