You can do it but not in an ordinary shower, and not without a lot of prior planning. First of all, instead of a center drain, you might do a long drain along one side of the shower, to which everything would pitch and you would sink your pan or Wedi system down so that the highest point of the pan (an tile on top of it) is flush with your bath room floor. Since everything will be pitching in one direction, your entry should probably be at the high end of the pitch and the drain opposite at the lower end. How you deal with the sloping remaining sides of the shower floor where they meet your level bath room floor should be dealt with by your bath room designer or tile person. In the shower shown above, I used a strip of mosaic tile in the center of the floor that runs up the wall. Then for the larger tiles on the sides we had to miter at a 45 degree angle to keep the water flowing towards the center drain.

where is the toilet located? thanks

The toilet is just to the right out of the photo. It is parallel to the tub on the right wall. Next to the toilet coming toward the camera is a foating drawer cabinet for towel storage. It kind of "hides" the toilet.
