Where did the garbage/chopping block pullout come from? Custom?

I'd like some info on the chopping block and garbage pullout hardware. Was it an insert purchased by the homeowner or custom built for this space. If there's a website for these items that would be appreciated...

the waste bins are commercially available from most cabinet manufacturers as well as several aftermarket suppliers (Rev- A - Shelf being one of them). The cutting board was custom made for this particular client.

On this custom drawer, what does the bottom of this drawer look like? Does it have a half bottom to it? Thanks. Want to see if some folk can do the same for us.
