My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Where can I find your black horizontal simple front gate? Was this custom made or did you source it from a vendor?

    This front gate was custom designed from A36 steel tube and bar stock and fabricated by the General Contractor, Bender-Chafee, in Kirkland Washington.

    The finish is a matt black powder coat. The gate has a separate brass and steel wheel at the leading edge o support the length and weight and the wheel wears a purposeful groove in the concrete walk, the sweeping pattern a reminder of the gate's swing.
