We bought a waterfront historic fixer upper (that's been added on over the years) and the front facade needs some help. The house faces a beautiful body of water so considered adding upstairs balcony so bedrooms upstairs can enjoy walk out, but now (due to budget) wondering if we can help the awkward scale some other way.
