Just don't know how it can tell weeds for seedlings. Or in my garden, from mature plants....

Yea, it can't tell the difference. It goes by size -whatever plant it can roll over, so it's under an inch, it cuts it! So you have the put a guard around seedlings until they are bigger. Course, we get a lot of very low spreading weeds, like purslane. Not sure how well it'd do clipping those!

I would wait for Elon Musk to invent one of these personally, lol.
