My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      And into an completely unsellable home because of the unpermitted scofflaw stairs. It will be a Giant Red Flag to look for other illegal DIY things. Which, given those stirs, will likely be found.

      You need to redo them ASAP. And anything else you did without permits.

      It looks nice but not nice enough to warrant losing the storage space. Does this lead into the kitchen? So you basically lost your pantry.
