Watermelon - black and brown spots

This is my first year growing at a new house and I have seen some black/brown spots on one watermelon that is pretty small. Could this be gummy stem blight or something else? I have only grown watermelons once or twice before in other areas and haven't seen this before. This is an heirloom variety of yellow watermelon and I have both yellow and red growing in the same area.
