i hate to ruin your day but DO NOT plan the door around those tiny green shutters. if you must keep them repaint them as well. Orange will not work with your brick color.

indigo or black would be my choices.

My suggestion is to remove the shutters which are much too small. White trim around the windows would be a better look. If the shutters stay, maybe black for them and the door which can be classic with brick and white trim.

A closeup of your brick would help. Another color that can be nice with brick is Benjamin Moore's Tarrytown Green.

Since the door is under a roof I would choose a lighter shade of green.

The brick looks kind of orange to me, so a red won't work. A dark color for shutters and front door might work, but hard to tell because I can't see true color of brick. I see a somewhat brown/orange looking roof, so I'm guessing the brick is more orange than red? So, I might try some sample boards of a rusty brown or a navy blue.
