Thanks writetojanet !! We have definitely looked at the return policies for any online store we are considering. While strict with some fine print, we can return if needed. The vintage look of the worn velvet is appealing to us, so we are okay with a little wear or "crushed" spots. :)

(I have read multiple negative reviews here on Houzz as well. along with the Apartment Therapy Review) I am trying to look at it from all sides. One more thing; when your sofa arrives, give it a good check over before you sign off on delivery. If there are any obvious problems with it, it's much easier to refuse to accept the delivery than it is to arrange to send it back later. Also make sure the sofa delivery covers bringing it into the room and not left at curbside. Wishing you many comfy nights ahead.

We have made a decision on a sofa! We are so excited. I will provide a full review of the sofa we purchased plus a review on the company in general,and I of course, will post pictures. :)

Allison, many years ago we purchased a sofa and two wing chairs without testing them first. The sofa was a delight and we loved it; it lasted many, many years. The two wing chairs were and are still not very comfortable (though beautiful); currently, they are relegated to the garage and will eventually be put on Craigslist. Just stating my experience with ordering furniture in this manner.

Thank you everyone! It is a lot more comfortable than we expected, and it is easy to clean. The one Con I will mention is that because of the velvet type fabric it does attract a lot of fuzz and lint. I've gotten it down to a science now, but it took some getting used too. The fabric is divine though, and Article was incredible. The customer service was fabulous!

Wowsa, that is one stunning couch and rug. I think maybe a copper coffee table would look really nice, I've attached one but scroll down on the page and also look at the oval one. Copper is so warm looking, perfect compliment to blue.
