Google is killing me, but hopefully my cucumbers aren't.

Yesterday, I juiced a boatload of large yellow cucumbers (a couple were orange!). The cucumbers were firm, non-blemished and edible, other than being seedy yellow and large. I did not peel before throwing in the juicer. The resulting juice was a little bitter, but overall not bad. I froze it to add to smoothies, recipes, etc. I also drank about a cup of it, fresh.

And last night, I got up to urinate about 100 times. :-0

Googling cucumber side-effects, I found a zillion different opinions on yellow cucumbers. Some say yellow cucumbers have cucurbitacin that causes bitterness and is toxic. Some say the bitterness is healthy. Others say it just tastes bad. Wikipedia is like a poorly written science book in another language.

What say you? Am I gonna die from my cucumber juice? ;-/
