I purchased this today at an estate sale, but can't seem to find anything about it. There are no markings on the bottom of it either. Any ideas?

    It's a brown crockery cookie or sugar jar that someone has decorated. They were all over the place in the first half of the 1900's May be made by Western Stone Ware, or Union Stone ware or another pottery maker...
    Nice! Holds cookies, flour, sugar...or whatever.
