I have a three story interior stairwell with a floating staircase. The staircase is a steel center beam with wood treads and an aluminum railing. The walls in the the stairwell are textured stucco over concrete block. The texture is similar to large "orange peel." What is the most cost effective and attractive way to cover the texture? The overall feel of the house is contemporary with some industrial accents but not cold or sterile.
