My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I was very interested in the window as a pass-through for bbq and liked the 0 degree fold back. I got in touch with the designer that created this work. These were custom made in Europe for a commercial photoshoot. After weeks of research, I realized that US based companies are not making anything like this. The closest thing is a French hinge. They do not want the risk of the window smashing against the building. This window can be custom made but extremely pricey.
