We hired a decorator six months ago to assist with remodeling our house we had just purchased. There were several things that I felt were not up to standard and she told be IOW to just live with it.

She has been promising me a replacement for thr bathroom fixture globe broken when fixture was installed 3 months ago, but I still haven't recived it. I also haven't received an itemized bill stating the prices of appliances, carpets and flooring, warranty or care instructions. I have emailed her multiple time. Either I get dead silence in response or an email with an excuse of some sort. She declared the job finished mid-March.

What recourse do I have? I probably can't make her fix the things she screwed up, but I want the freakin bill. I'm so frustrated?
