My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love this entire color scheme so much that I would drive from Knoxville TN just to gaze at it ...

We start building this summer and this is my inspiration house...we have our one story house plan already...haven't found THE right builder yet...( have talked to 5 so far and no match) Anyway, have the brick and colors written down. Really want the roof details....and a builder!!

    Try calling Dave Haines of Brookwood Construction in Knoxville. He is the best builder in town! He has several homes under construction in Bridgemore s/d

    to debjwalker...sorry I missed your question. No, we don't have a one story plan to this particular house....just plan on using the materials and color scheme on this house.
