If you picked all the fruit, I have to guess that you're done. If you'll have more warm days that could have produced more fruit, why did you harvest the green ones?

I don't really understand why you picked all those green ones. When is your first frost date? At least a month or 6 weeks away - mid-Oct. from what I find for zone 5b and maybe even later. The plants will continue to grow and ripen fruit until killed by frost so why not take advantage of that remaining time?

But since you picked all the fruit that might have had a chance to ripen you might as well just go ahead and pull up the plants and dispose of them.
