I had a few plants that I wanted to duplicate, just to have two. No Photo's yet. I took an Arabicum that I have with 4 side branches and 1 main leader.

I cut them all and grafted 2 scions of "Aurum Crown", 2 scions "Black Pearl" & a scion of my "True Socotranum" for the leader branch.

My friend from South Africa has done many grafts of the True Socotranum onto Arabicum or Obesum root stock. Many others have done it to.

The True Socotranum can take many, many years to bloom, but w grafting onto other root stock it is said that they will bloom much earlier. I had a T. Socotranum have to have the top cut off awhile back.

The T.Socotranum is what I want and if any take it is that one I really would like to.

Time will tell.

Need to start some more seeds, just for rootstock. Beginning to run out ones I am willing to use.
