A fixture above a table should be at least 1/2 the diameter so yes, it looks too small. I also think the shape (lantern style) is not the right shape for your table. Fixture needs to be round.

The light fixture does get lost due to its smaller proportions and what
appears to be a dark finish. If you replace it with another fixture, I
suggest bringing in some lightness and shine to contrast your dark woods
with glass, crystal, and/or a lighter metal finish. However, since you
mention this is for resale, you could leave this fixture alone and stage
the table with a tall floral arrangement. I could see a vase full of
something simple but with nice height, like white gladiolus, filling in
that visual gap nicely when you photograph/show the house. Best of luck

While the light fixture does seem a bit small and better suited for an entry room, I don't think you need one half the size of the table that would glare in everyone's eyes -- you just need one with more color, more pizazz.

Consider a stained glass fixture.

save your money if you're going to sell it. changing the chandelier is not going to get you any more money for the house. and in my professional opinion, it's a nice chandelier, and it isn't too high. new owners may or may not like it, but it's not a deal killer.
