What are these ??

I just moved to north central Florida to high springs which is in the Gainesville are so I'm not familiar with plants here. The one with pink flowers attracts butterflies like crazy. The other one was planted by previous owner Identification would be greatly appreciated !!!! Ty in advance.

I'm thinking Platanus occidentalis, American Plane tree, American Sycamore.
