Is this Purslane or not?

I have some Purslane growing but this one looks a little different than Purslane and has slightly thinner leaves with a different shape, also slightly less rubbery. Its more reddish on the leaf edge and has reddish/puprlish seed pods. Havent seen the flowers yet.

I believe you are describing Euphorbia maculata or E. supina. A pic would confirm.

If you are going to use images for comparison, please do not just use a search. The pics could come from pinterest, flickr, or any other site where they may or may not be labeled correctly.

The presence of white sap would negate all Portulaca species (and point to Euphorbia.)
