Is this Purslane or not?

I have seen Purslane growing but this one looks a little different than Purslane and has slightly thinner leaves with a different shape, also slightly less rubbery. Its more reddish on the leaf edge and has reddish/purplish seed pods. Havent seen the flowers yet.

Yes, it's some form of Portulaca. Without knowing its' location, or being able to observe a bloom, I can't say which species. Probably one of these, but if you are in another part of the world besides USA, it could be something else.

Try to look for open blooms mid-morning, after about 8 AM, and before noon.
