The cottage is approximately 2,100 sf on the first and second level. There is a basement which adds another 1,200 sf, some for utility and some occupiable space.

We had a similar question a while back from marthabollier:

We sampled what seemed like dozens of colors for this house. We're not exactly sure what we ended with, having said that - we did a little checking and the siding color in the image is similar to the following Sherwin Williams colors: Wild Sage, Sea Moss or Landscape.
