I am overtaken by the lighting fixture - and if it's as colorful and/or iridescent as it appears, you might not need hardly anything over it. What is it made of?

Since you propped nice pictures on other wall, what about them over it? Might be subtle enough to let the light be 'bright'est.

Just questions... fire is blue-ish glass? seeing blue in art... would a satin/ silvery chrome [from chairs] bring a sheen beside the fireplace as idea [if 2 went over console that is]? anywhere for this? :) seems a bit like the 'blond' table...

Put artwork above the buffet to bring in some color.

Add a coffee table that has some stainless/satin nickel that matches the metal on your chandelier. It can have white in it because your buffet is white.
