I would remove all the shutters. Look at BM Saybrook Sage, Nantucket Gray or Guilford Green for the siding. Darken the one you choose by 50% for the trim and look at Copacabana for the door. Then work on the landscaping. Go to the local nursery for suggestions for your zone.

I would either keep the white or go with khaki. Yes, remove all shutters. Replace the faux Victorian door. Get new lights. Most important thing would be new landscaping . The beds should be curvy and have a variety of plants. I would get a professional plan for landscaping/hard scaping. The front appears to have a gravel area where a porch might go?

I agree that the shutters should go and the Victorian glass in the door replaced. You can either get a new door or, if the current door is still in good shape, have the glass removed, square out the opening, and have new glass added. I did my full glass front door for just under $400. If you can, I'd look at removing the diamond mullions from the windows-they're small as is and the mullions make them look smaller. I'd look at a gray color for the body of the house but I'd leave the brick as is. A teal green would look good on the door. Then add landscaping and a nice bench next to your front door with a planter filled with seasonal plantings. Maybe this will help.

I agree with comments above, but not crazy about the gray or white for the siding. explore some ideas at a paint store and bring different color samples to try.

I would recommend removing the scalloped header on the porch overhang, a different porch light x2 at the door, some seatjng, planters, and a nice entry rug.

I dislike the juxtaposition of white pebbles next to the orange of the brick. It looks harsh. I would remove the pebbles and the raised bed as well.

I like the house in white. If you must change it I like a greenish gray or a taupe for the house. I painted the white squares under the window taupe which I would do even if you keep the white.

I would remove most of the shutters. You could leave them on the right side of the house but must get new wider shutters.

If window trim is paintable give a darker color.

Replace the front door and use a color.

I would plant grasses on the left side.
