Overwinter bulbs in Central Coast CA zone 9

My mix of bulbs are in a half barrel in a sunny location. Should I refrigerate them or just see how they do over fall and winter out in the barrel? We can have temps in the low 30s and even high 20s at times in the winter. Thx!
