My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No gutters were originally installed. However, the new owners did install gutters. Half round aluminum.

    If we would do this style again I still would not put gutters on the house. I would just detail and let the roof over - hange wee bit. I would do something like two inches.
