Can I reprocess sauce this way?

I made a batch of Ball's Grandma's Chili Sauce, and tried canning it today. I say tried because when I went to pull my pints out, the rims were barely exposed, and an hour later not one of them has pinged yet.

I usually use a large outdoor brew kettle setup for canning anything pints or bigger- But woke up this morning to find the forecast I thought wasn't coming in till late tonight started kicking in this morning, and I couldn't use the outdoor kettle. So I tried using my half pint kettles on inside burners, and apparently it just didn't quite cut it.

I know I need to let it cool anyway, and get it into the fridge to reprocess within a day or so. But it looks like the bad weather stall is going to be a few days.. So a couple questions.

Can I just vacuum seal the jars as is with an air sealer, and leave them in the fridge for the few days till the weather clears? Or can I possibly toss the sauce into the freezer, then reheat it and process it in a few days when I know the weather is clear? Would one be better than the other to hold the sauce till I can reprocess it properly?
