Having a master bathroom would be great! What is going to go where that bathroom used to be? A laundry room would be perfect there if it's not already the plan.

Looks like the third bathroom may not be needed. The third bedroom has access to the main room and through there, to the hall bath. I'd save the money and the space.

The small room that is whats left of the old bathroom seems like a possible waste of space, not sure what you are going to make of that room.
