Hi ! I'm having problems with scale on my plumeria plants and some of my hibiscus plants. I am now seeing some of the Plumeria leave torn or maybe chewed. Do scale insects do this? I am also seeing torn leaves on several other plants such as my African Mask plant, a white Ginger plant , a yesterday Today and Tomorrow shrub. I do not think I see scale on these plants . Any suggestions or help? Thanks so much!
